Pregnancy Fitness is powered by Red X CrossFit, but is specifically for women who are pregnant or postpartum.

Irene Lubbe holds a Degree in Sport and Exercise Science and is also a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and a certified Pre and Post-Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Are you currently pregnant and would like to stay fit and healthy throughout your pregnancy? Or have you given birth and looking to regain your fitness and strength and deal with Diastasis Recti?

Irene also offers a Ladies Only CrossFit class at 9:00 every morning for women of all ages and fitness levels, and offers, private and small group sessions for specific goals throughout the day.
