HIIT CrossFit Lite

HIIT CrossFit Lite uses the same principles as CrossFit but with a focus on more bodyweight and lighter Dumbbell and Kettlebell work, in a High Intensity Interval Training format, for those who are not interested in heavy barbell or technical CrossFit movements.

It is a high-intensity workout that will help you get fitter, stronger and leaner.
