Strength Cycle

On Monday we start a new cycle. It is off-season now so for the next six weeks we will have a focus on building strength.

Each day will focus on a different aspect of strength training, followed by a skill and a short intense WOD at the end.

The breakdown will be:

  • Monday: Strength- Squat, Skill- Double Under
  • Tuesday: Strength- Strict Press and Strict Pull Up, Skill- HSPU
  • Wednesday: Olympic Weightlifting- Snatch and Clean & Jerk
  • Thursday: Strength- Bench Press, Skill- Muscle-Up Progression and Accessory work
  • Friday: Strength- Deadlift, Skill- Pistols
  • Saturdays: Weekly long WOD
