5 Minutes to find max deficit (8cm/16cm) HSPU in 3 attempts
Score: Combined score of 3 attempts
Part 1 (Scaled):
5 Minutes to find max ring pushups/ring dips in 3 attempts
Score: Combined score of 3 attempts
Rest 1 Min THEN:
Part 2
5 Rounds of:
10 Snatches
10 Lateral over the bar burpees
7 Min Time Cap
Rx: Full (Squat) Snatch at 40kg/60kg
Scaled: Power Snatch at 25kg/40kg
Score: Time plus 1 sec penalty for each rep not completed
This is the first workout of the RxIt Summer Series, and everybody will be doing it in our sessions on Wednesday.
It is a great challenge for everybody whether you have entered or not, and we can all support each other. If you still want to enter, entries have been extended until Sunday 3 November, so you can still enter here. Remember the scaled workouts can be scaled even more to suit you.
There will be one more opportunity to complete this workout on Saturday at 9am.
